On the sale date,  the County will auction off the property to the highest bidder to satisfy the debt. 

LIP PENDENS

Your property or a deceased family member's property has been listed as a Lis Pendens. Which means a legal action has been filed against you or a loved one, for missing the last few payments of the Mortgage, Lien, or Association Fees.  A Final Judgement is soon to follow, with a sale date, where the County will auction off the property to the highest bidder to satisfy the debt. 

CODE VIOLATIONS

Your property or a deceased family member's property has been listed as "DISTRESSED PROPERTY" and has received code violations & liens.  The  2019 Florida Statues gives permission, to the Governing City or County, to "DEMOLISH" the home if there are repeated violations over a short period of time. A decision made to help Future care, and prevent Vagrant Activity and Rodent infestation.

HOA

Your property or a deceased family member's property has been listed as a Lis Pendens. Which means a legal action has been filed against you or a loved one, for missing the last few payments of the Home Owner Association Fees.  A Final Judgement is soon to follow, with a sale date, where the County will auction off the property to the highest bidder to satisfy the HOA debt incuding all attorney fees.
