Our story began in 1994 when our family lost our home to foreclosure in Hillsborough County Florida. At the time, we didn’t understand the options available And by the time we had learned, it was too late. That experience shaped our mission and continues to guide how we serve families today.
Since then, our family has worked in residential real estate, helping property owners, navigate, distressed situations, including vacant properties, foreclosure, related matters, probate, inherited homes. Overtime, our work expanded into private investing, Probate & Estate solutions, and residential property restoration.
FL home heroes, LLC is a Christian base company committed to restoring, distressed homes and returning them to reproductive use. After repair, many of these properties are made available as housing opportunities that support veterans , foster families , special-needs adults and single parent households either directly or through community partnerships.
